The high-partial-discharge insulating material for the oil-cooled motor comprises a first surface coating, a first mica aramid paper layer, a first adhesive layer, a film layer, a second adhesive layer, a second mica aramid paper layer and a second surface coating which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are both acrylic acid modified polyurethane glue, and the first surface coating and the second surface coating are epoxy resin modified polyurethane coatings.
