Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a heat pump evaporation treatment system and method for radioactive waste liquid treatment, and the system comprises a first preheater, a second preheater, an evaporator, a steam compressor, an electric steam generator, and a pressure sensor and a power regulator which are arranged on the electric steam generator, and a controller which is correspondingly connected with the pressure sensor and the power regulator respectively. The pressure control device is arranged in the heat pump evaporation treatment system, the actual pressure in the electric steam generator can be monitored in real time, the heating power of the electric steam generator is regulated and controlled on the basis of the actual pressure, the compensation steam output amount of the electric steam generator is controlled, and thus the pressure of high-temperature steam in the heating chamber of the evaporator is stabilized in a preset range, and stable evaporation treatment of radioactive waste liquid is facilitated.
