Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a prediction method for microstructure evolution in a thermal deformation process of a Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy, wherein the method is based on a cellular automaton theory and compiles a program capable of predicting the microstructure evolution in the thermal deformation process by utilizing Matlab software. Parameters in the thermal deformation process are input through the program, the microstructure, including the dynamic recrystallization integral number, the grain size, the grain morphology and the like, of the alloy after thermal deformation can be predicted, and the influence of different deformation parameters on dynamic recrystallization can be analyzed. Theoretical basis and technical support are provided for obtaining preset mechanical properties by controlling deformation conditions in the hot working process of the material.
