Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a depth-of-field continuation method for a microscope image. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a Laplacian pyramid for a microscope image, and obtaining high-frequency information of the image on different scales; performing depth estimation on the topmost Gaussian blur layer of the Laplacian pyramid to obtain a depth estimation information graph; forming a depth estimation pyramid by the high-frequency information and the depth estimation information graph, and fusing the depth estimation pyramid to obtain a high-resolution relative depth graph; obtaining a decision-making diagram from the high-resolution relative depth graph according to a maximum value principle; and guiding the extraction of a microscope image definition area by the decision-making diagram, and then carrying out image sequence fusion to obtain a microscope image after depth-of-field continuation.
