The touch display panel comprises: a display substrate and a touch substrate, wherein the touch substrate comprises a base, a plurality of touch driving electrodes and a plurality of touch sensing electrodes, and the touch driving electrodes and the touch sensing electrodes are located on the side, away from the display substrate, of the base; a first shading layer is arranged on the side, close to the base, of the touch driving electrodes, wherein the orthographic projection of the first shading layer on the display substrate and the orthographic projection of the touch driving electrodes on the display substrate are at least partially overlapped; and/or one side, close to the base, of the touch sensing electrodes are provided with a second light shielding layer, wherein the orthographic projection of the second light shielding layer on the display substrate is at least partially overlapped with th
