The optical axis adjusting device comprises a bracket, at least three adjusting screw rods and at least three elastic pieces, wherein the at least three adjusting screw rods and the at least three elastic pieces are in a one-to-one correspondence relationship, the at least three adjusting screw rods are used for connecting the installation shell of an optical system to the bracket, the elastic pieces are arranged on the adjusting screw rods in a sleeving mode, one end of each elastic piece abuts against the bracket, and the other end of each elastic piece abuts against the installation shell of the optical system.
