A winch and a mast are arranged on a static pile driver, a power device is arranged on the mast, and the power output end of the power device is connected with the upper end of a drilling rod; the drill rod is arranged in the static pipe pile; a drill is arranged at the lower end of the drill rod; the drill rod is formed by connecting a plurality of sections end to end; the water circulation system further comprises a solid-liquid separation device, the solid-liquid separation device comprises a water injection tank and a settling tank, a protruding part is arranged between the water injection tank and the settling tank, and a water injection pump is arranged in the water injection tank and connected with the gap between the side wall of the static pipe pile and the drill rod through a water injection pipe; and a water pump is arranged on the power head, the water inlet end of the water pump is connected wit
