The selective laser melting TiAl-(Sn-xAl) alloy is prepared from TiAl-based pre-alloy powder and Sn-xAl pre-alloy powder; the addition amount of the Sn-xAl pre-alloyed powder accounts for 0.2%-10% by mass of the total mass; and the mass ratio of Sn to Al in the Sn-xAl pre-alloyed powder is (80-90): (10-20).
