According to the method, a spray pipe is inserted in molten salt from the top/side/bottom of a hearth, CO2 gas with a certain pressure is sprayed in during smelting to stir the molten salt, mass transfer of molten salt ions is enhanced, and the smelting efficiency is improved; MeO in the molten salt reacts with sulfur in antimony sulfide under the action of CO2 to be converted into MeS, so that generation of SO2 is avoided; and in addition, the introduced CO2 is absorbed by the molten salt and is converted into carbonate.
