Method for refining and purifying porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus by one-step column chromatography process

The invention relates to the technical field of veterinary biological products, and particularly discloses a method for refining and purifying a porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus by a one-step column chromatography process. The method comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out three-stage filtration on a porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus cell culture harvest liquid to remove cell debris to obtain a virus clarified liquid; 2) carrying out ultrafiltration concentration on the clear solution by adopting tangential flow, 3) adding a PBS solution into the virus concentrated solution, 4) repeating the steps (2) and (3) to replace phenol red, and 5) purifying the virus concentrated replacement solution by adopting a composite filler one-step method to obtain a flow-through solution which is a porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus refined solution. The method is simple to operate, adopts a one-step column chromatography process, and is simple in purification metho
