Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing dialkyl aluminum phosphinate under a normal pressure condition, which comprises the following steps: dissolving sodium hypophosphite monohydrate in a certain amount of acetic acid, and adding terminal olefin and a free radical initiator dissolved in the acetic acid under a certain temperature condition; and treating to obtain a dialkyl phosphinic acid or dialkyl sodium hypophosphite solid after the reaction is finished, dissolving the obtained intermediate product in water or a mixed solvent of water and an organic solvent, adding an aqueous solution of aluminum sulfate at a certain temperature and pH value, and reacting to obtain a white solid dialkyl aluminum phosphinate. The synthesis method of the dialkyl aluminum phosphinate has the advantages of higher product purity, lower cost, higher yield and simple process, and has the potential of industrial application.
