Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation process of ethyl bromodifluoroacetate. The method uses trifluorovinyl ether as a raw material, and comprises the following steps: carrying out addition on R-trifluorovinyl ether and bromine at low temperature to generate a dibromo product; reacting the dibromo product with chlorosulfonic acid to generate difluorobromoacetyl chloride; and reacting the difluorobromoacetyl chloride with ethanol to obtain the ethyl difluorobromoacetate. Halogenated alkane which destroys the ozone layer is not adopted as the raw material, and meanwhile, a high-toxicity mercury-containing catalyst is avoided.
