The invention discloses a melt-blown cloth winding device which comprises a treatment cabinet, a drying mechanism, an adjusting mechanism, a winding mechanism and a feeding mechanism, wherein a cloth inlet is formed in one side of the treatment cabinet; two clamping rollers are rotatably connected to the interior of the cloth inlet and distributed one above the other; a partition plate is horizontally and fixedly connected to the interior of the treatment cabinet; and a feeding port is formed in one side of the top of the treatment cabinet. Through arrangement of the drying mechanism, melt-blown cloth passing through a drying bin can be dried before winding, so that moisture of textiles is reduced; drying is completed through a plurality of hot air blowers and electric heating wires, and heat can be diffused through a metal net and a heating plate, so that the heat drying range of the melt-blown cloth is widened, the drying efficiency is improved, and the quality of the melt-blown cloth is guaranteed; and whe
