The fixing frame is arranged between an outer side reinforcing framework and an inner side reinforcing framework of the container anti-rolling frame, the rope hook is arranged on the fixing frame through the operating rod, and a rope hook outer installation frame is arranged at the end, located on the outer side reinforcing framework of the container anti-rolling frame, of the fixing frame. A rope hook inner mounting frame is arranged at one end, positioned on the reinforcing framework on the inner side of the container anti-rolling frame, of the fixing frame; a limiting device fixing plate is arranged above the fixing frame, and the limiting device is arranged on the limiting device fixing plate.
