The pre-grinding device comprises a rack; a driving device, a distance adjusting device and a first jig for mounting a first rotor are arranged on the rack; the driving device is connected to the first rotor and used for driving the first rotor to rotate on the first jig; a second jig for mounting a second rotor is arranged on one side of the first jig, and the second rotor is rotatably connected to the second jig; and the distance adjusting device is arranged on one side of the second jig and used for adjusting the distance between the first jig and the second jig, so that the first rotor and the second rotor are in meshing transmission, and coating pre-grinding of the first rotor and the second rotor is achieved.
