The cutting method specifically comprises the following steps that (1), a workpiece is fixed through high-strength resin; (2), a resin grooved wheel is grooved; (3), a cutting line is wound; (4), tension is applied to the two ends of the grooved wheel wound with the cutting line; (5), the position of a bearing table is adjusted; (6), the ascending speed of the bearing table and the reciprocating motion running speed of the cutting line are set; and (7) cutting and soaking with an organic solvent are carried out to separate the resin bonded with the material from the material, so that the required sheet is obtained.
