Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a medical intraoperative wound dilation hemostasis device. The medical intraoperative wound dilation hemostasis device comprises a pushing device, a medicine spraying device and a dilation device. The pushing device is a mounting platform for the medicine spraying device and the dilation device. A power unit is rotationally arranged on the pushing device. A driving unit rotationally mounted on the pushing device and a medicine liquid conveying unit fixedly mounted on the pushing device are arranged on the medicine spraying device. The medicine liquid conveying unit and the driving unit are in meshed connection through a gear, so that the driving unit drives the medicine liquid conveying unit. The dilation device is provided with a dilation unit used for dilating a wound and a medicine spraying unit used for spraying medicine to the wound.
