Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a thyroid gland scanning method and system, which are suitable for a thyroid gland scanning system; the thyroid gland scanning system acquires an image of a patient and controls a mechanical arm to conduct scanning; and the method comprises the following steps of: acquiring the image of the patient to generate a human body contour; controlling the mechanical arm to move to an initial position according to the human body contour; controlling the mechanical arm to scan; after the end position is reached, controlling the mechanical arm to conduct reverse scanning in the direction opposite to the scanning direction till the mechanical arm returns to the initial position; and in the scanning process, adopting a thyroid part recognition model to recognize the scanned image, judging whether a corresponding thyroid part is scanned or not, and generating a part recognition result. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the overall contour of a thyroid gland, the part of the thyroid glan
