Zusammenfassung:The invention particularly relates to a gas diffusion layer with high air permeability, and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of fuel cells. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining an impressing plate, and arranging a channel on the impressing surface of the impressing plate; coating the substrate layer with a microporous layer slurry to obtain a blank to be impressed; impressing the impressing plate on the microporous layer slurry of the blank to be impressed, and then drying to obtain a primary product; and performing heat treatment on the primary product to obtain the gas diffusion layer.
