The method comprises the following steps: collecting geological data of a research area, and determining a deep sequestration stratum according to the geological data; obtaining rock physical property parameters of the deep sequestration stratum; establishing a high-salt waste liquid component pollutant migration mathematical model according to the geological data and the rock physical property parameters; using the high-salt waste liquid component pollutant migration mathematical model to describe the migration process of high-salt waste liquid multi-component pollutants under the interaction of an underground water dynamic field and water rock; and solving the high-salt waste liquid component pollutant migration mathematical model through a PLFORAN simulation program.
