The multi-range and multi-azimuth laser surveying and mapping system comprises a surveying and mapping instrument and a mounting table. The mounting table is used for mounting the surveying and mapping instrument. A supporting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the mounting table and comprises supporting legs and a supporting plate. The supporting legs are hinged to the bottom of the mounting table.
