The treatment method comprises the following steps that a base of the roadbed needing to be filled with weak expansive soil is treated, a cement soil cushion layer is poured on the base, drainage ditches are formed in the two sides of the cement soil cushion layer, and a slope protection channel is arranged on the upper surface of the cement soil cushion layer; weak expansive soil is filled, the slope ratio of the weak expansive soil side slope is set to be 1: 1.5-1: 1.75, and the two sides of the weak expansive soil are subjected to edge covering treatment through cemented soil; and an anti-seepage composite geomembrane is laid on the upper surface of the filled weak expansive soil to complete treatment of the weak expansive soil filled roadbed.
