The invention relates to the high-efficiency and low-toxicity self-assembled cationic nanoparticle. The nanoparticle is prepared from polyethyleneimine and cholic acid medicines. The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-efficiency and low-toxicity self-assembled cationic nanoparticles, and the preparation method comprises the following steps of S1, dissolving polyethyleneimine and cholic acid medicines in a solvent to prepare a premixed solution; and S2, transferring the prepared premixed solution into a dialysis bag for dialysis treatment, and preparing the self-assembled cationic nanoparticles.
