Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a power transmission system and a vehicle with the same. The power transmission system comprises an engine, a first motor generator and a second motor generator; a first input shaft which is in power connection with the engine and the first motor generator respectively; a second input shaft which is in power connection with the second motor generator; an intermediate shaft which is selectively linked with the first input shaft and is linked with the second input shaft; a transfer mechanism which is linked with the first input shaft; and an output shaft which is selectively linked with the intermediate shaft and/or the transfer mechanism. According to the power transmission system, the intermediate shaft and the transfer mechanism are arranged, the intermediate shaft, the transfer mechanism and the output shaft are selectively connected to form a plurality of transmission paths which do not interfere with one another, and therefore different power sources can be used for compensating po
