Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a device and method for adjusting the relative position of an arc-shaped steel plate. The device and the method are used for adjusting the relative position of the arc-shaped steel plate after the arc-shaped steel plate is spliced and welded. The device comprises a tightening screw and a clamping sleeve, wherein a screw hole is formed in the arc-shaped steel plate, and the tightening screw rod is inserted into the screw hole to be connected with the arc-shaped steel plate; the clamping sleeve is connected to the tightening screw in a sleeving manner and is used for fixing the tightening screw; and the relative position of the arc-shaped steel plate is adjusted by adjusting the contraction and expansion of the tightening screw and the clamping sleeve.
