Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a dual-ion supercapacitor based on a battery type positive electrode and a pseudocapacitance type negative electrode. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) carrying out pretreatment such as cleaning on commercial nickel foil, and then successfully preparing a Ni(OH)2 nanotube array positive electrode through the processes such as electro-deposition, dealloying and in-situ oxidation, (2) carrying out ultrasonic dispersion and vacuum filtration on commercial carbon nanotubes (CNT) to obtain a CNTs film, and (3) electrically depositing V2O5 on the CNTs film, and acquiring the self-supporting V2O5/CNTs negative electrode, and (3) separating the positive electrode from the negative electrode through a diaphragm, and assembling the positive electrode and the negative electrode in a KOH electrolyte to form the dual-ion supercapacitor.
