Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an evaluation method for the fatigue life of a riveted structure of a commercial vehicle, and the evaluation method for the fatigue life of the riveted structure of the commercial vehicle is characterized by comprising the following evaluation steps: S1, determining a fatigue S-N curve of the riveted structure; s2, constructing a riveting structure fatigue model; s3, determining the fatigue load of the riveted structure; s4, calculating the fatigue life of the vehicle riveted structure; and S5, evaluating the fatigue life of the riveted structure. According to the fatigue test process and method for obtaining the S-N curve and related fatigue parameters of the riveted structure by means of the sample test, the obtained S-N curve is closer to reality; the fatigue load comprises a conventional static fatigue load and a road load spectrum load, and can comprehensively reflect the load condition of the riveted structure in actual service.
