A to-be-detected area in a metal plate comprises a plurality of to-be-detected pixel points. The system comprises a plurality of pairs of sensors arranged on the boundary of the to-be-detected area of the metal plate, a signal processing module and a damage probability calculation module, wherein each pair of sensors comprises a piezoelectric sensor and a fiber grating sensor, the axial direction of the fiber grating sensor in each pair of sensors is over against the circle center of the piezoelectric sensor; the signal processing module is used for calculating a signal difference coefficient according to the reference signal and the received signal; and the damage probability calculation module is used for calculating the damage probability in the metal plate according to the signal difference coefficient and the positions of the piezoelectric sensor and the fiber grating sensor.
