The invention provides a non-contact temperature measuring device and system for a cable joint in a ring main unit. The non-contact temperature measuring device comprises an infrared temperature measuring sensing probe and a fixing support. The fixing support comprises a probe connecting piece, a main support and a supporting piece. The probe connecting piece is mounted on the main support in a position adjustable manner; and the infrared temperature measuring sensing probe is mounted on the probe connecting piece in a position adjustable manner. The system comprises a non-contact temperature measuring device, an acquisition terminal, a wireless DTU and a monitoring center. The acquisition terminal transmits cable joint temperature data acquired by the non-contact temperature measuring device to the wireless DTU, and the wireless DTU transmits the data back to the monitoring center in a wireless mode.
