The full-automatic locking suspension device comprises a damping valve and an inertia valve, wherein the damping valve comprises a first valve seat, a second valve seat, a valve rod, a spring and a valve sleeve; the inertia valve comprises a sliding block and a pre-pressing spring; the inertia valve is introduced into the damping valve, the working condition change is sensed by utilizing the sensitivity characteristic of the inertia valve to the acceleration, the damping function and the locking function are switched by shielding the opening degree of the damping valve, and the stability of the vehicle is improved.
