In order to solve the problem that a reverse angle is reduced when the load of a reciprocating compressor using a stepless air flow adjusting system is reduced, the reverse angle is optimized by redistributing the load on the shaft cover side on the premise of ensuring that the total load is not changed, and then the corresponding adjusting rule under the full load is obtained. The method comprises the following steps of 1) obtaining related parameters of a compressor unit, including structure parameters and operation parameters; 2) calculating a comprehensive piston force to obtain the reverse angle; and 3) carrying out optimization modeling and solving on compressor load distribution.
