Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for strengthening reduction and carbonization of titanium-containing blast furnace slag. The method comprises the following steps of adding molten titanium-containing blast furnace slag and a mineralizing agent into an electric furnace together; and heating the electric furnace to a preset temperature, adding a reducing agent for reaction, and performing water quenching after the reaction is finished to obtain carbide slag. By adding the mineralizing agent carbonate, the surface charge of a reaction product TiC is changed, the slag property is improved, the reaction kinetics is enhanced, and the problems of long period, high power consumption, serious foaming and the like of the current titanium-containing blast furnace slag reduction and carbonization process are solved. The method is simple, convenient and easy to implement.
