Zusammenfassung: | An efficient flame-retardant insulating EVA hot melt adhesive comprises: 20-35 wt% of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA); 15-30 wt% of a tackifier; 3-10 wt% of paraffin; 1-5 wt% of a plasticizer; 0.5-2 wt% of an antioxidant; 0.5-2 wt% of a toughening agent; 0.5-2 wt% of an anti-dripping agent; and 25-40 wt% of a flame retardant. An efficient flame-retardant system which has hydrolysis-resistant and multi-flame-retardant elements and a multi-phase synergistic flame-retardant effect on the hot melt adhesive is selected, so that the flame-retardant efficiency of the hot melt adhesive is improved, and the prepared flame-retardant EVA hot melt adhesive has good flowability, insulativity and flame retardant precipitation resistance.
