Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a near-infrared probe for detecting copper ions based on a cyanine skeleton as well as a synthesis method and an application method of the near-infrared probe. According to the invention, the specific recognition of the probe on Cu in a THF/H2O (6: 4, v/v) solution is utilized, selected 20 common interference ions have small interference on detection, the response of the probe is rapid and can be completed within 3 minutes, a detection line reaches 7.7 [mu]M, and high sensitivity and excellent selectivity are achieved. The probe of the invention has double-channel recognition effect and the excellent characteristics of a chemical ratio meter, emission wavelength is positioned in a near-infrared light region, and excellent tissue penetrating power is achieved. The influence on a test is small when the pH value of a solvent is in a range of 5-9, so the probe has application prospects when applied to bioimaging detection of the real-time concentration of the copper ions in cells.
