Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a multiphase conductive ceramic material. The material is mainly prepared from, by weight, 50-75% of calcined aluminum oxide, 5-40% of tin dioxide, 5-10% of silicon dioxide, 3-6% of magnesium oxide, 2-5% of calcium oxide, 0.05-0.6% of antimony trioxide, 0.01-0.1% of zinc oxide and 0.01-0.1% of copper oxide. The ceramic material is good in electrical conductivity, small in density, high in strength and small in thermal expansion coefficient and is an excellent choice for manufacturing the substrate of the working table of the scribing equipment, the manufacturing process is simplified due to the whole-body electrical conductivity, and the service life of the working table is prolonged; and the ceramic material is also suitable for electrical discharge machining and is applied to other conductive and anti-static fields.
