Kitchenware sterilization device and sterilization method thereof

The invention provides a kitchenware sterilization device and a sterilization method thereof. The kitchenware sterilization device comprises a shell assembly that forms at least one limited area for accommodating kitchenware and sterilizing the incoming part of the kitchenware; a sterilization module fixedly arranged in the shell assembly and configured to generate sterilization factors taking air as a carrier; a vector air supply mechanism that is at least partially fastened in the shell assembly, and configured to generate air flow to convey the sterilization factors generated by the sterilization module to at least one area inside the shell assembly or at least one area outside the shell assembly. According to the kitchenware sterilization device disclosed by the invention, the vector air supply mechanism is arranged to generate air flow to convey sterilization factors generated by the sterilization module to the inner and outer areas of the shell assembly and circulate the sterilization factors in the are
