Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to: a self-emulsifying polyisocyanate composition which is composed of a reaction mixture of (a) an anionic compound having a specific structure, (b) a nonionic hydrophilic group-containing monofunctional alcohol having a specific structure, (c) an organic polyisocyanate and (d) a tertiary amine; a two-pack type coating composition which contains this self-emulsifying polyisocyanate composition; and a coating film which is able to be obtained from this coating composition. 本发明涉及自乳化型多异氰酸酯组合物、包含该组合物的双组分型涂料组合物、以及能够由该涂料组合物得到的涂膜，所述自乳化型多异氰酸酯组合物包含下述物质的反应混合物：特定结构的阴离子性化合物(a)、特定结构的含有非离子性亲水基团的单官能醇(b)、有机多异氰酸酯(c)和叔胺(d)。
