The heating device comprises a first capacitor, a first switch, a second switch, a second capacitor, a third capacitor, a coil and a controller. The first capacitor is coupled to a power supply. The second switch is connected in series with the first switch and a first node, and the first switch and the second switch are connected in parallel with the first capacitor. The second capacitor is connected in parallel with the first switch. The third capacitor is coupled with the second switch, and the second capacitor is connected in series with a second node.
