Power switching circuit, power switching method, electronic equipment and storage medium

The invention relates to a power supply switching circuit, a power supply switching method, an electronic device and a storage medium. The power supply switching circuit comprises a self-excitation circuit which is used for outputting a first driving signal to drive a switching tube when the self-excitation circuit is triggered; a switch tube which is used for outputting power supply voltage to the control unit when being driven; a control unit which is used for outputting a first control signal to the first voltage control circuit to trigger the first voltage control circuit when the controlled voltage is started, so that the first voltage control circuit pulls down a first driving signal sent by the self-excitation circuit, wherein the control unit is also used for outputting a second driving signal to drive the switching tube when the first driving signal is pulled down. Therefore, before the control unit is started, the switch tube is only driven by the first driving signal output by the self-excitation c
