The invention discloses a planar high-voltage transformer which comprises an upper magnetic core, a lower magnetic core, a main PCB and a multi-layer coil assembly, wherein an accommodating space is defined by the upper magnetic core and the lower magnetic core, the main PCB and the multi-layer coil assembly are clamped in the accommodating space, the multi-layer coil assembly is connected to the upper surface of the main PCB, the multi-layer coil assembly is connected to the lower surface of the main PCB, and the multi-layer coil assembly is formed by crimping a plurality of layers of PCBs and insulating plates which are arranged at intervals.
