Zusammenfassung: | A differential pressure type blocking structure adopting laser forming comprises a diaphragm (2), an upper check ring (3) and a lower check ring (1). The upper check ring (3) and the lower check ring (1) are both of an annular structure and jointly press the edge of the diaphragm (2). The diaphragm (2) is of an inverted arch structure, and a cross-shaped weakening groove is machined in the inner side of the arch through laser etching. Sealing grooves are formed in the connecting faces of the upper check ring (3) and the lower check ring (1) and the pipeline, and sealing structures are installed. The method has the characteristics of high machining precision, measurable product size, high opening pressure precision and the like, can be applied to pipelines of rocket power systems, and has the characteristics of high yield, good product consistency and the like.
