Zusammenfassung: | A design method for the rubber free profile of a node type product comprises the following steps: analyzing and calculating to obtain the effective bearing length L of a rubber body according to the interface size and rigidity performance requirements of the node products; meanwhile, assuming that a connecting line between the mandrel and the tail end of the rubber body between the mandrel and the outer sleeve is K1, selecting connecting points of the rubber molded surface among the midpoint of K1, the tail end N1 of the outer sleeve and the tail end N2 of the mandrel, sequentially connecting the tail end N1 of the outer sleeve, the connecting points and the tail end N2 of the mandrel through line segments, and enabling the connecting points to be in arc transition to obtain the final shape of the rubber molded surface, and moving the molded surface inwards to obtain the free molded surface of the rubber body.
