Au-loaded ZnO microspheres as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a preparation method of Au-loaded ZnO microspheres and application thereof in aniline sensing, wherein the Au-loaded ZnO microspheres are composed of Au nanoparticles and a ZnO substrate material, and the Au nanoparticles uniformly grow on the surface of ZnO through a photodeposition method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: ultrasonically dispersing a zinc salt and a surfactant into a mixed solution of deionized water and low-carbon alcohol to form a uniform dispersion system; adding a precipitator, and further stirring the mixture at room temperature to obtain turbid liquid; transferring the obtained turbid liquid into a high-pressure reaction kettle, and obtaining a ZnO precursor through a thermal solvent method; and further, calcining the ZnO precursor to obtain the ZnO microspheres; finally, depositing the Au nanoparticles on the surfaces of the ZnO microspheres through photodeposition.
