Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of composite materials coated outside oil pipes, and particularly relates to a wear-resistant and heat-insulating composite material coated outside an oil pipe and a preparation method thereof. The wear-resistant and heat-insulating composite material coated outside the oil pipe coats the outer surface of the oil pipe and comprises an aerogel felt composite heat-insulation coating and a polyurea elastomer wear-resistant coating from inside to outside, wherein a layer of aluminum foil is arranged between the aerogel felt composite heat-insulation coating and the polyurea elastomer wear-resistant coating. Polyurea and an aerogel felt are compounded, and the contact interfaces of the polyurea and the aerogel felt are separated by the aluminum foil, so that the oil pipe can be endowed with efficient heat insulation and wear resistance due to the design scheme.
