Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a preparation method of a saddle revolution body inner molded surface thick nickel plating profiling anode. The preparation method comprises an anode manufacturing process and an anode manufacturing method. When the inner surface of a workpiece is plated, in order to ensure the area ratio of the anode to the plated workpiece, the surface area of the inner anode needs to be increased as much as possible, and the anode is generally manufactured by adopting a scheme of welding after sheet metal machining; and the thickness of a nickel plate cannot be greater than 3 mm during sheet metal machining, so that the obtained anode is difficult to meet the long-time nickel plating dissolution requirement.
