Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of stainless steel, and particularly discloses a low-carbon nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy material, and a welding rod and a preparation method thereof. The alloy material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: less than or equal to 0.15% of C, less than or equal to 10-25% of Cr, less than or equal to 0.5% of Si, less than or equal to 0.5% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.015% of P, less than or equal to 0.015% of S, 8-10% of Mo, 3-4% of Nb, less than or equal to 0.1% of Ta, less than or equal to 1% of Co, less than or equal to 0.4% of Al, less than or equal to 0.4% of Ti, less than or equal to 5% of Fe and the balance of Ni. The welding rod comprises a metal core wire, an interlayer and a coating, wherein the outer surface of the metal core wire is coated with the interlayer and the coating, and the metal core wire is made of the low-carbon nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy material.
