Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a sintering process of high-vanadium titano-magnetite. The sintering process comprises the following steps of mixing and crushing raw materials to obtain a mixture, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 80-85 parts of an iron-containing raw material, 8-10 parts of a flux and 4-6 parts of fuel; the iron-containing raw material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65-70 parts of vanadium titano-magnetite powder, 20-25 parts of common iron ore concentrate powder, 2-5 parts of ferroboron concentrate powder and 8-12 parts of iron-containing miscellaneous materials; the flux comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of magnesite powder, 0-2 parts of quick lime and 0-2 parts of limestone; granulating the mixture to obtain pellets; and material distributing and ignition sintering the pellets sequentially to obtain vanadium titano-magnetite sinter.
