Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an environmental-response type host-guest self-assembled dendritic gene vector as well as a preparation method and application thereof. A guest 1 in which a naphthol group is connected with a three-generation amino dendritic unit is prepared, and a host-guest assembled molecule is spontaneously formed by using a host-guest self-assembly technology, and taking cucurbit [8] uril (CB [8]) as a host and a molecule of a viologen group and polyethylene glycol (PEG) as a guest 2; a self-assembled body can selectively obtain a pH response function according to different connecting functional groups of the guest 2; and the self-assembled body is disassembled in a reducing environment, so as to control the release of the gene. The dendritic molecule is controllable in nanometer size and high in transfection efficiency when being used as a gene vector.
