Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for directly ammonifying a nitro nitrogen heterocyclic compound, which comprises the following steps: dissolving the nitro nitrogen heterocyclic compound in an organic solvent, and carrying out VNS reaction on the nitro nitrogen heterocyclic compound and an ammoniation reagent at a certain temperature in the presence of strong alkali to prepare nitro nitrogen heterocyclic primary amine. The direct ammoniation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of mild conditions, simple operation, one-step reaction, short reaction time, wide substrate range, no need of adding a catalyst and the like, nitro nitrogen heterocyclic ring primary amine obtained by direct ammoniation through a VNS route can be synthesized into various functionalized nitro nitrogen heterocyclic compounds through diazonium salt intermediates; and the method is widely applied to the fields of organic synthesis and energetic materials.
