Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of amorphous boron powder preparation, and particularly relates to high-purity superfine amorphous boron powder and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a boron source and a reducing agent so as to obtain a mixture; carrying out a self-propagating reaction on the mixture through a two-step heating method; and then carrying out cooling and removing impurities. The two-step heating method comprises the following procedures: in a protective atmosphere, preheating the mixture, preserving the heat of the mixture, and then carrying out heating again to carry out a self-propagating reaction, wherein the preheating temperature is lower than the temperature of the self-propagating reaction.
